Chord Diagrams

Chord Diagrams

Welcome to the Center Stage Ukulele Academy chord library. Here you can find fretboard diagrams to learn all the ukulele chords taught in our program. Technically, chords are made by playing 3 or more notes at the same time. The notes of a chord can also be played separately in succession creating what is known as an arpeggio. Different chords can be played in an arranged sequence to create the foundation of a piece of music. This is often referred to as a chord progression. Often, chord fingerings are movable, meaning the same fingering can be used to play the same type of chord but with a different root note. Barre chords are good examples of movable chords.
